Order Processing Time
All orders placed on rivona.top are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is received. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time.
- Orders placed after 3 PM EST on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to best suit your needs. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be presented to you at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for select regions, with estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the chosen shipping method, and your delivery address.
- We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (after any discounts applied, before taxes).
- Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
International Shipping
rivona.top is proud to offer international shipping to customers in the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).
- International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. - International delivery times can be longer due to customs processing and transit times.
Tracking Your Order

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
